Red Bull CEO doubts Lewis Hamilton's "magic weapon."

Red Bull CEO Helmut Marko has questioned Mercedes' Lewis Hamilton's "wonder weapon" from the Brazilian Grand Prix once more.

The speed with which Hamilton's engine performed during the race, when he battled from 10th to win, raised eyebrows. With victories in the Qatar and Saudi Arabia Grand Prix's, he was equal on points with Red Bull's Max Verstappen heading into the season finale.

Verstappen, on the other hand, won his first world title after passing Hamilton on the final lap in Abu Dhabi. Despite winning the championship, Red Bull is still making comments about Hamilton's engine from Brazil.

“It was only amazing, there are six Mercedes-powered vehicles and only Hamilton had such a miracle weapon,” he said.

We also know that everything fits together perfectly on this engine."

Mercedes supplies cars from Williams, Aston Martin, and McLaren, but Mercedes team head Andreas Seidl maintained there was no difference between their engines and Hamilton's.

"When I look at the data and compare it to the data from other teams, I don't notice any exceptional, spicy engines," said Mclaren boss.

"In the end, we were pleased with what Mercedes provided us during the year." It is obvious that it is the same for all power unit manufacturers.

"If you install a new engine vs a high mileage engine, there is a difference in power due of the inherent deterioration engines have." This can cost a few tenths of a penny.

“I see the same throughout the grid. But I don’t see anything spectacular or particular there on teams or power unit manufacturers.” he added.
