court has allowed the Biden employer vaccination mandate to go into implementation.

Voices raised to freeze the vaccine mandate.

A federal appeals court panel has determined that President Joe Biden's vaccination mandate for bigger private companies may be implemented. The 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals' 2-1 decision on Friday overturns a lower-court order that had halted the requirement. Republican-led states are opposing the regulation, which would apply to businesses with at least 100 employees.

It was supposed to go into effect on January 4, but it's unclear when that will be. The fight against the requirement, according to South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson, will continue.

Wilson stated the following in response to the decision:

“We will go immediately to the Supreme Court--the highest court in the land--to fight this unconstitutional and illegal mandate. The law must be followed and federal abuse of power stopped.”
